Butter-Making Plant (BMP): Butter Making Equipment

Butter-Making Plant (BMP) uncludes:
- Reactor with the clean-up and vision unit;
- Heating and cooling equipment;
- Lactoscope;
- Pumping unit;
- Milk meter;
- Milk pipes, valves;
- Remote Control;
- Worktable for butter cutting.
Butter is made on the BMP by mechanical fat extraction from milk of any acidity avoiding any separation and fermentation processes.
When making butter on the BMP a by-product is skimmed milk, the fat content being preset and regulated. The optimum temperature of the milk for fat extraction (10-25 ° C) is provided in the circulation, while maintaining the natural nutritional value of skimmed milk.
Butter yield is 1 kg from 25 liters of skimmed milk with fat content of less than 0.3%.
